July 24, 2026 USCIS/E-Verify superseding guidance (replacing July 17 for Syria and Somalia, July 10 for Haiti): TPS work permits for all seven countries in litigation remain extended per court order while DHS moves to dissolve the stays — employers now enter July 27, 2026 (Haiti, Syria — July 24 guidance — and Burma, July 17 guidance), July 29, 2026 (Somalia), July 30, 2026 (Ethiopia, South Sudan), or July 24, 2026 (Yemen, July 17 guidance) on Form I-9.
