Medicaid expansion
Florida HAS NOT adopted ACA Medicaid expansion.
This means childless adults typically do not qualify for Medicaid in Florida even with very low incomes. The program mainly covers: children, pregnant women, parents with dependent children, people with disabilities, and elderly adults.
