The CNMI Department of Corrections facility in Susupe, Saipan (Vincente Taman Building) is the place ICE holds immigration detainees in the Northern Mariana Islands, under an agreement with the CNMI government. It is the most remote facility in this directory — overseen from across the Pacific by the San Francisco Field Office through the Saipan ERO Sub-Office, and running on Chamorro Standard Time (UTC+10), nearly a full day ahead of the US mainland.
The detainee population is small — local reporting put it at 19 in September 2025, mostly nationals of China, the Freely Associated States, and the Philippines — but for those families, the remoteness makes accurate contact information matter more, not less.
