How to find someone held here

The ICE Online Detainee Locator System is ICE’s online locator. The Sheriff’s corrections page directs custody inquiries to the Inmate Roster. As of October 23, 2026, the Sheriff’s pages do not say whether people held for ICE appear in that roster. The Sheriff’s inmate-information page says release dates and times are not provided for the incarcerated person’s safety and security.

Visiting

The Sheriff’s inmate-information page offers online visits and on-site video-monitor visits. All visits are by appointment only and must be scheduled 24 hours in advance at NCIC.com.

Published online visiting hours are Everyday, 9 am–11:30 am, 12:30 pm–5 pm, and 7 pm–9 pm. On-site video visits are Free, available by appointment twice a week, for 25 minutes. On-site visits are unavailable on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Thanksgiving, or Christmas. As of October 23, 2026, the Sheriff’s on-site timetable does not clearly associate days with hours.

The Sheriff says visitors are limited to two adults or one adult and two children. Visitors age 18 or older must present valid government identification before visiting.

Money, phone calls and mail

Commissary. The Sheriff’s inmate-information page permits online deposits 24/7, using Mastercard® or Visa® credit or debit cards at Team3.InmateCanteen.com. Funds become available within 24 hours and must arrive before the weekly order deadline, which may vary by individual and housing unit. The corrections page limits mailed payments to money orders, cashier’s checks, or business checks from other agencies or the inmate’s employer; personal checks are not accepted.

Calls and messages. The inmate-information page directs callers to set up an NCIC Inmate Communications account at NCIC.com, with 1-800-943-2189 as the published number. Tablet messaging also requires an NCIC account.

Mail. The same page gives this address, with restrictions:

Inmate Name (first and last) and Booking Number
Davis County Correctional Facility
P. O. Box 130
Farmington, UT 84025

The published mail guidelines require postcard form and say letters on standard paper or other non-postcards will be denied. Mail must include a complete return address and the sender’s full name. The page separately says legal mail is only opened in the inmate’s presence.

Oversight and inspections

ICE’s ODO inspection index, read October 23, 2026, lists no report under this facility’s name.
