How to find someone held here

The ICE Online Detainee Locator System is ICE’s online locator. The Sheriff’s contact page lists 228-466-6900 for the Sheriff’s Office at 8450 Highway 90. As of October 23, 2026, the Sheriff’s pages publish no facility roster or mail instructions.

Video visitation. The Sheriff’s visitation page sets video-visitation days by housing section: for example, sections AB, AF and AC on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month for 30 minutes, and section AE on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday for one hour. It says visitation hours are 8 AM to 2 PM, with check-in by 1:30.

Money, phone calls and mail

The Sheriff’s FAQ page distinguishes two accounts: phone-account deposits use www.allytg.com, while commissary/tablet/kiosk deposits use www.correctpay.com.

The same page says a Correct Pay kiosk is available to the public at the facility. Its directions are to enter through the double doors labeled Justice Court, turn right through a second set of double doors labeled Jail, and find the kiosk on the left wall.

ICE’s 2025 inspection report names Tiger as the commissary provider. As of October 23, 2026, the Sheriff’s web pages do not publish mail instructions.

Oversight and inspections

ICE’s 2025 report describes an ODO assisted self-inspection process (OASIP) from April 1 to May 8, 2025, including an on-site visit on May 8, 2025. ODO found compliance with all 10 NDS 2019 standards reviewed, with no deficient standards or deficiencies. The report says ODO received the completed corrective action plan for the May 2024 inspection, which, in ODO’s words, “likely resolved the previous deficiencies ODO cited.”

The May 7 to 9, 2024 special review, under NDS 2019, found 31 deficiencies across 5 standards. Those are historical findings from that review; the later OASIP reported the results above.
