How to find someone held here

ICE provides the Online Detainee Locator System. The Sheriff’s procedures page publishes 361-575-0651 for Jail Administration questions; as of October 23, 2026, the cited pages do not establish a usable inmate roster or whether ICE detainees would appear in one.

Visiting

The Sheriff’s procedures page allows one adult only per inmate. Children under 17 years of age may not enter the visitation facility. A current valid photo ID is required, and visits last 20 minutes.

As of October 23, 2026, that page refers to an established schedule and links a “Current Jail Visitation Schedule (PDF)”; the PDF is an image whose days and hours could not be verified for this page. It gives 361-575-0651 for special needs or further questions to Jail Administration.

Money, phone calls and mail

Commissary and telephone accounts. The Sheriff’s procedures page lists two deposit methods: call Correct Solutions Group at 1-877-618-3516, using Facility ID: 24101, or use the Correct Solutions Group Payment Website linked from that page and specify whether the deposit is for telephone or commissary.

Two published mail destinations. The same page says that, beginning January 1, 2021, non-legal, non-commercial mail is converted to electronic format and must be sent electronically through JailATM or to:

JailATM.com - Victoria County Jail
Inmate ID: Inmate Full Name
2830 S. Hulen St., Box 809
Fort Worth, TX 76109

Its separate “Acceptable Mail” section also prints:

Name and CR number of person in custody
Victoria County Jail, 101 N. Glass Street, Victoria, Texas 77901
Mailing address and return address written legibly on the same side of the envelope

As of October 23, 2026, the page does not reconcile these letter destinations. It says all mail items are subject to additional security screening and return to sender.

Books and magazines. The page accepts them only from the publisher, limited to one every two weeks or two per month. Only new books or magazines are accepted, and magazines must be sports or news publications. Books from Amazon.com or Redbird are not accepted. Books are not stored in property: when finished, the inmate must donate the book to the facility or have someone pick it up.

Oversight and inspections

ICE’s ODO inspection index, read October 23, 2026, lists no report under this facility’s name.
