The file lists the Los Angeles Asylum Office for this office’s ZIP codes.

The same file assigns the Guam Field Office more than Guam’s ZIP codes: it also lists it for the ZIP codes of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau (file codes MP, FM, MH and PW). For those ZIP codes, the file names the Application Support Center - Saipan, MP for biometrics. The office page has the full list, the processing times USCIS publishes for the office and its caseload figures.

What USCIS says about visits

  • Appointment only. USCIS states that its field offices do not allow walk-ins and that an appointment is required to visit an office. Its field offices page refers visitors to the interview or appointment notice to confirm the field office address for the visit.
  • What a field office does. Per USCIS, field offices in the U.S. and its territories provide interviews for all non-asylum cases (for example, getting a Green Card), naturalization ceremonies, and appointments for information and applicant services.
  • Biometrics. USCIS’s ASC pages say USCIS schedules an ASC appointment when a case requires one, sends the notice by mail or to the USCIS online account, and that applicants need to appear at the assigned ASC on the appointment notice.
  • Rescheduling biometrics. USCIS’s biometrics page says the request must be made through a USCIS online account (not by mail), at least 12 hours before the appointment, with good cause; for requests less than 12 hours before the appointment, or after a missed appointment, it says to call the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283 (TTY 800-767-1833).
  • Closures. USCIS’s Office Closings page, last updated October 16, 2026 when checked on October 17, 2026, listed the Guam field office (under the name Agana) and the Agana ASC as closed Oct. 16 due to hazardous weather.
  • Change of address. USCIS’s Form AR-11 page says an alien in the United States must report any change of address to USCIS within 10 days of moving, and that this requirement does not apply to A and G visa holders and visa waiver visitors. More on change of address.
