USCIS offices for the Northern Mariana Islands

USCIS’s field-office-by-ZIP file (dated August 28, 2026) lists no field office with an address in the Northern Mariana Islands. It assigns the ZIP codes of Saipan, Rota and Tinian to the Guam Field Office in Barrigada, Guam, and, for biometrics, to the Application Support Center - Saipan, MP in Garapan. For affirmative asylum cases, the same file lists the Los Angeles Asylum Office for those ZIP codes. Versión en español

What USCIS says about visits

  • Appointment only. USCIS states that its field offices do not allow walk-ins and that an appointment is required to visit an office. Its field offices page refers visitors to the interview or appointment notice to confirm the field office address for the visit.
  • What a field office does. Per USCIS, field offices in the U.S. and its territories provide interviews for all non-asylum cases (for example, getting a Green Card), naturalization ceremonies, and appointments for information and applicant services.
  • Biometrics. USCIS’s ASC pages say USCIS schedules an ASC appointment when a case requires one, sends the notice by mail or to the USCIS online account, and that applicants need to appear at the assigned ASC on the appointment notice.
  • Rescheduling biometrics. USCIS’s biometrics page says the request must be made through a USCIS online account (not by mail), at least 12 hours before the appointment, with good cause; for requests less than 12 hours before the appointment, or after a missed appointment, it says to call the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283 (TTY 800-767-1833).
  • Closures. USCIS says offices may close because of inclement weather or unexpected events and encourages checking its Office Closings page before traveling.
  • Change of address. USCIS’s Form AR-11 page says an alien in the United States must report any change of address to USCIS within 10 days of moving, and that this requirement does not apply to A and G visa holders and visa waiver visitors. More on change of address.
