USCIS Texas Service Center
The Texas Service Center is one of the five USCIS service centers in the Service Center Operations Directorate (SCOPS). Its receipt numbers start with SRC. Since a June 2020 move, its street address has been 6046 N Belt Line Rd., Irving, TX 75038. USCIS assigns form-specific suites at that address. Since November 2023, the Texas Service Center has also received the mailed correspondence for cases at the Potomac Service Center, unless USCIS notes otherwise (2023 alert).

Addresses USCIS has published for this center
- The 2020 move. An archived USCIS alert (June 23, 2020) announced the move to 6046 N Belt Line Rd. in Irving for June 26, 2020, with mail accepted there from June 29. It said the new facility consolidates operations in one location, and it told filers to check form filing-address pages “to find the specific address information, including suite numbers.”
- Form I-90 withdrawals. The Form I-90 page (last reviewed October 7, 2026) sends written requests to withdraw a green card renewal or replacement application to Suite 114. It adds that USCIS will not issue refunds when an application is withdrawn.
- Potomac Service Center correspondence. A USCIS alert released November 6, 2023 says that, from Nov. 13, 2023, all mailed correspondence for cases processed by the Potomac Service Center must be mailed to the Texas Service Center, “unless otherwise noted.” That includes responses to a Request for Evidence or a Notice of Intent to Deny. The address is the Attn: Digital RFE line in the table.
- Form I-865. A September 2024 USCIS alert moved filing of Form I-865, the sponsor’s change-of-address notice, to the Texas Service Center on Sept. 1, 2024. The address that 2024 alert gave was Attn: I-865, 6046 N. Belt Line Road, Suite 865, Irving, TX 75038-0021. Check the current Form I-865 page before mailing.
What the service centers do
USCIS says its service centers handle “petitioners and applicants who do not require interviews” (SCOPS page, July 17, 2026). The work is organized in business, family, humanitarian, and students and exchange visitors product lines. The SCOPS page lists the product lines but does not say which center handles each one. Cases can be transferred between service centers and field offices “if more evidence or interviews are needed” (USCIS presentation, March 2021).
I-485 and I-130 cases: April 1 - June 30, 2026 (FY2026 Q3)
Each quarter USCIS publishes, by office, how many Form I-485 applications and Form I-130 petitions were received, approved, denied and left pending. Its tables carry a row for the Texas Service Center (code SSC in the file):
| Form and category | Received | Approved | Denied | Pending on June 30, 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| I-485, adjustment of status (all) | 6,375 | 209 | 151 | 13,250 |
| — family-based | 17 | 4 | 0 | 380 |
| — employment-based | 1,162 | 190 | 138 | 6,203 |
| — humanitarian-based (asylee, refugee, Indochinese and Cuban refugee) | 3 | 1 | 0 | 222 |
| — other (includes HRIFA, trafficking and crime victims) | 5,193 | 14 | 13 | 6,445 |
| I-130, petition for a relative (all) | 1,253 | 8,180 | 3,727 | 20,126 |
| — immediate relatives of U.S. citizens | 814 | 6,534 | 2,655 | 14,521 |
| — all other relatives (family preference categories) | 439 | 1,646 | 1,072 | 5,605 |
- I-485 pending: 13,250, or 0.8% of the 1,560,290 pending nationwide; rank 4 of the 6 center rows (1 = the most pending).
- I-130 pending: 20,126, or 0.8% of the 2,404,546 pending nationwide; rank 3 of the 6 center rows (1 = the most pending).
"D" means USCIS does not publish that figure ("Disclosure standards not met"); "-" (zero) shows here as 0. Per USCIS's notes, some cases approved, denied or pending may have been received in earlier quarters; "pending" means awaiting a decision at the end of the quarter, and the report does not reflect some actions, such as administrative closures and transfers between offices. The share (rounded half-up to one decimal) and the rank are our own arithmetic on the same figures. The "6 center rows" are the five service-center rows plus the National Benefits Center row: the I-485 file prints them together; the I-130 file prints only five rows under "Service Center by State" and places the NBC row in its Missouri block, so the six-row I-130 grouping is ours. Processing times
The USCIS processing-times data reports service-center work as one office, “Service Center Operations (SCOPS).” It has no separate Texas figure. Follow a specific case in the USCIS case status tool.
